> **Pros**: Die Abbildung und Bearbeitung der ISO-Normen funktioniert gut, QSEC ist hinsichtlich dessen eine sehr mächtige Software, die über viele Funktionen verfügt und an vielen Stellen "out of the box" funktioniert. Das Setup war nicht allzu komplex und die Systemanforderungen auf den Servern sind überschaubar. QSEC wird userseitig komplett über den Browser verwendet, was die Installation von Client-seitiger Software vermeidet. Anbindungen an Exchange und AD existieren und funktionieren gut. Der Support durch den Hersteller ist ausgezeichnet und wir haben sehr gute Beziehungen zu unseren Beratern.

> **Cons**: Das Userinterface ist wegen des mächtigen Funktionsumfangs etwas unübersichtlich, was jedoch kontinuierlich vom Hersteller verbessert wird.
> 
> Wir nutzen QSEC aktuell für die Abbildung der ISO 27001, perspektivisch werden wir dies durch andere Managementsysteme ergänzen. QSEC ist eine mächtige Software, die viel wert ist, dafür aber auch einiges an Einarbeitungszeit benötigt. Dies wird aber einfacher durch den ausgezeichneten Support seitens des Herstellers.

> **Pros**: QSEC bietet alle Funktionen, die wir zur Abbildung unseres ISMS benötigen. Man braucht etwas Einarbeitungszeit, was maßgeblich an der Materie liegt. Wenn man erstmal richtig eingestiegen ist, geht das Arbeiten gut von der Hand, und es sind Funktionen enthalten, die auch das pragmatische Arbeiten in kleineren Organisationen sinnvoll unterstützen.

> **Cons**: Die Reporting-Funktionen sind sehr umfangreich, teilweise aber etwas sperrig in der Bedienung.
> 
> Wir sind sehr zufrieden, weil wir alle ISMS-Daten an einer Stelle zusammenführen können. Dass das Werkzeug die Struktur verschiedener Normen abbildet und man sich so konsequent an den vorgegebenen Strukturen entlang bewegen kann, hat uns die Arbeit deutlich erleichtert.
