> **Pros**: The product is easy to use. I really like the "open action items" tab because I am able to filter and see what is pending on me, the partner. This is very helpful because it eliminates time wasted on searching through each project to see what is needed from my end. All the transmission dashboard is helpful. Whenever a team member asks me about the status of a file feed, I always refer to that dashboard and it provides me with detailed information.

> **Cons**: Overall I really like this software. It would be nice to get some type of notification for whenever a new action item is available for the partner.

> Great. Working with EBN I have learned a lot about EDI implementation. It's a pleasure working with Mary. She is easy to talk to and is happy to answer our questions during our weekly calls. Also, the analysts working with us do a great job. They always keep us in the loop every step of the way which is very nice.

> **Pros**: The customer service is far more superior than other competitors. Having a dedicated rep is very helpful. We have a had three different reps over the years and they have all been top quality.

> **Cons**: I do wish there were less issues with the file feeds. When there are issues it seems we do not have visibility as to what the issue is and are just waiting to hear back from an analyst. The typical response is a mapping issue but no much further than that. Why all of a sudden would a mapping issue come up and we are never given a why or how EBN will be proactive in the future to keep additional issues from occurring.

> **Cons**: The only con is on our side as a large organization requiring the vetting of service providers. We slow down the process, not eBN.
> 
> eBN has exceeded our expectations. They understand data, the employer workplace, and retirement. This is a very unique combination matched by their extreme level of professionalism.
