> **Pros**: With more than 200 employee per day and 10000s of check point to be measured and validated during our complex production, we needed a fast and easy to use tools.
Qshop interactive software provided such and on top of all ; it eliminated the daunting task of complex calculation and validation criteria from employees which both expedite our process and resulted in more accuracy and better quality of our products. 
For me as IT Manager, its ease of integration and access to the data is invaluable as I can analyze our data as per internal quality requests.

> **Cons**: Unavailability of the cellphone cache.
Basically we use it through all sort of device from computer desktop, laptops, tablets and cellphones as well. But it does not support offline network and push update.
The reasoning could be in their underlining name which they call it "instant data collection system". In this system everything is saved automatically as you work. there is no save button.

> Product is exceptionally stable and free of bug. Our only interaction with their support tam is for upgrades and custom  add on request which we keep adding to our system for extra and specific functionality for our manufacturing processes and quality control needs. They have a process of documenting the request before tackling it, but once it is approved, they deliver the add on product very nice.

> **Cons**: nothing much at this point but suggest if we could select multiple commands it would be great and also multiple window usage
