> **Pros**: LeanLinking provides all of the key requirements you need to manage your suppliers more effectively.  During strategy development, delivery, go-live and transfer to BAU, Lars and his team were thoroughly engaged, supportive, communicative and professional.  It was a pleasure to work with them to build the tool to meet our business requirements.

> **Cons**: During the design and implementation phase,  we removed the key issues impacting the end-users. If I am honest, Lars and his team, work with you to find the best solution to meet business requirements. 
I would say, initially reporting on the raw dataset, could be complex.  Although, if you ensure you have structured your own base data correctly, it will simplify these complexity.

> As mentioned above, Lars and his team are excellent at stakeholder engagement.  They are proactive, honest with some of your challenge queries.  They don't promise the impossible, but they do try to find the optimal solution to meet your business requirements. 

I would fully recommend them to other businesses.

> **Pros**: Very easy to get going with the software, as long as you stick to main setup of the system you, and your organisation, can mature and grow with the software as it's very easy to develop your own unique assessments and reviews. Another Pro are the possibilities to import data from other systems and present them within the software, this makes additional communication systems redundant.

> **Cons**: I would like the supplier itself to be the center piece of the system, and not as today where the various modules of the system is the basis for navigation. The current main setup of the system is today causing unnecessary 'clicking' instead of being able to present all relevant supplier information in one screen (supplier-centred).

> I've used this software for 2+ years now, both as an administrator and as a user, we use it mainly as a tool to present supplier performance figures (internally and externally) but gradually we are turning it into the only needed supplier portal where we will replace all other supplier follow up systems we have today.

In general I'm very happy with this software but would like to have more possibitlities to configure the software for our specific needs.

> **Pros**: It is very easy to navigate LeanLinking, very user friendly with a simple layout. I like the fact that you can perform most key activities from the homepage. Having an onboarding process, supplier performance rating and contract management at one place is the key drive for efficiency.

> **Cons**: Too basic in certain areas during the beginning of the implementation. I like the notification page the least, since you see all notifications from all activities in LeanLinking once you log on.

> LeanLinking was the right solution for us, since we were looking for a very simple but efficient system. The performance management and onboarding bits are very effective. The customer service and responsiveness are excellent. Almost nothing was impossible for the Team and I enjoy working \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\].
