It allows for multiple admins and location geofencing for large, decentralized operations with huge customer pools and numerous drivers. The reporting systems are outstanding and we can track sales and service levels instantly. On the backend side, their customer service team is outstanding, and they take the time to help you learn the system step-by-step. The training videos are a phenomenal resource. The system is constantly upgraded to offer the best features and services available. We have not encountered any bugs or technical issues with this service. On top of all of these things, the price is extraordinary reasonable in comparison to other comparable apps. We have been absolutely pleased with this service across the board\! > > **Cons**: We do not utilize all the available services or reporting that we could or should with this app. It is not a reflection on Cool Runnings, but simply a failing on our part. If there is a con in there, it is that the app has too many reports and services available to its users and it is hard to keep up with the advances in technology in a fast-paced industry.
