> **Pros**: BBMS integrates very easily with Blackbaud's eTapestry program. It seamlessly runs our recurring donations each night and keeps our organization's donations rolling in. The cost was competitive as well.
> 
> **Cons**: It is a little clunky to operate and get the reports and information you need. However, it's very manageable.
> 
> The integration between BBMS and eTapestry simplified our small organization issues of trying to figure out complex issues with a small inexperienced staff. We had a lot of help as we rolled it out and transferred over our existing donors' cards. I would recommend for other eTapestry users.

> **Cons**: Huge security scandal. They paid off the hackers then made their customers pay for it that were the victims\! Suprise extra $500/ year. It's an awful company that's poorly managed and only cares about ripping off nonprofits.

> **Pros**: The deposit reports convert to Excel Files. It is easy to refund people who request refunds. Easy to run credit cards with a credit card reader.

> **Cons**: Sometimes hard to find information - batch searches never work. Would be nice to have more information given on the deposit report - eTapestry defined fields.

> Overall Blackbaud Merchant is a great software for processing credit cards. The helpdesk is super friendly and helpful.
