> **Pros**: NMI payments, in addition to being excellent, offers excellent security to protect the personal information of each user, in addition to accepting several payment methods

> **Cons**: For me, the biggest disadvantage of NMI payments is the complexity of integration with demanding systems, which becomes complex and sometimes requires someone with technical knowledge to understand the systems.
But I still recommend people to use NMI payments.

> **Cons**: We transitioned from stripe, at first I didn't like the layout on the back end, but you get used to it. I do wish they had client payment portals like stripe though.

> **Pros**: The ease of use when getting sales and reporting data is great. The search features are intuitive and just make sense.

> **Cons**: This software really doesn't have any negatives other than the system does timeout rather quickly and you have to log in again.
> 
> We use NMI for a small number of transactions every day and keep it in place just in case we have outages with other processors. So far we have  had no issues at all with NMI.
