> **Pros**: Using Narvar Returns \& Exchanges with Shopify is a dream. You can set up and easily manage all of your return rules, restrictions, exceptions, refund rules, and more all within the app on Shopify. They make it easy to customize your returns experience and manage and search initiated returns.

> **Cons**: We run into a lot of issues with their order tracking and have stopped using Notify for tracking emails because of this and other limitations. Their reporting and analytics tool is also not my favorite but it gets the job done (mostly).
