> Not being able to evaluate the platform before using it, I found the product to be difficult to navigate.  Employee management was not straightforward and even seemed counter-intuitive at times.  I did not have any bugs or issues and believe for a payroll platform it could be good.

There is always someone available if you have an issue. They offer more bells \& whistles than I need.  I love the ability to import my timeclock into payroll.  They are security conscious and affordable.
