Comments: It has been very easy to upload my Google contacts and clean them up to link them with the host sites. I have been able to change/update categories to match our needs.
Pros:
Finally answered the issue we had of having one place to keep documentation on our volunteers and host site interactions that all the staff can see.
Cons:
I wish I could change the pipelines to be just numbers instead of $.

Comments: It's OK to use, but I'm not sure how good it is beyond simply databasing taks and contacts

I wish there was more integrations for social, google, ringcentral and stuff
