It offers a wide range of configuration options, including job setup, costing features, reporting, time off management, policies, rounding rules, and more. The system is highly customizable to suit different organizational needs. What really stands out is the support team — they’re always quick to respond, very knowledgeable, and even willing to implement small feature requests that help prevent user mistakes.

> **Cons**: As a new user, I found that the software is amazing but not always intuitive. Sometimes it’s not clear what a feature can do or what steps are needed to enable and configure it properly. That said, this feels more like a learning curve than a flaw in the software itself, and the excellent support team has consistently helped bridge that gap.
