> **Cons**: In the beginning, there were some limitations with the StaffStat software. Whenever possible, the team addressed them promptly with changes to the software or when technology advanced. The team has always been professional and responsive.

> Overall experience with the StaffStat team has been positive from the beginning. StaffStat software has helped us to gain efficiencies, communicate more effectively with our staff and provide staff with more flexibility in their work schedules. > **Pros**: This is a must have for any organization with a shift system or people on a whole. Having to call someone to cover your shift can be really rime consuming and all. With this software you can call that hassle a thing of the past. Support is also very good from this company.

> **Cons**: Having suggested some grosses that I had with this software Ive seen them being implement so I think that’s really good. I have no issues with it.
