So there should be option to reassign the approver by the request raised. &#10;&#10;c.Parallel approver option : There should be option to select parallel approver at each (PR/PO) approval level. &#10;Ex. If in rules we can give 2 approver at level 1 \&amp; 2. in case one approver at Level 1 not available it will got to second approve 1st level approver. This avoid delay and reraising for PR/PO. &#10;&#10;d)It would become a best tool if it could include Project management module in it. It could help to track every step of the project like PR/PO-Execution Chart -Delivery-Completion Report -GRN-Invoice-Payment.
