> **Pros**: The way this software puts the actual vs modeled data together is just awesome. In the construction industry it's very important to know 'how it is supposed to look like\!' 
This software does exactly the same.
> 
> **Cons**: The first stage of the initialization of the documentation process is difficult. You have to go to the site and record all possible views, photos, videos to get the data as a station zero to start with. If this stage is not done with maximum precision, you will suffer in later stages.
> 
> The biggest benefit it gives the civil engineer is ''how it is supposed to look like\!' Having the idea of your output in real life makes it much easier to work towards it. It also helps in time reductions for paperwork for RFIs, Submittals and schedules
