It has some down times, and it won't sync until a day after.

Do Not Use skuiq

Comments: Horrible. We lost significant business because the program didn’t work as advertised.

Pros:

It’s quicker than doing some things manually . That’s it.

Cons:

It’s insanely expensive and not tailored to individual businesses. It doesn’t work at times and there is 0 customer support even though the website explicitly states dedicated phone support.

Comments: For the most part it works, when it doesn't it is very annoying because I have to consult a support member to do things on the back end. They are always helpful but I should be able to have access to the features needed to fix it myself.

Comments: Somewhat positive in the beginning but many issues start to popup with lack of syncing for no reason

Pros:

Setup was easy and implementation is somewhat simple to setup

Cons:

There seems to be multiple issues with either the SKU IQ to TT/Shopify link or an issue somewhere else but the orders and stock tracking doesn't seem to always link back to shopify as it should

The set up was easy to integrate and when we had a problem their Customer Service was on hand to help.

Cons:

It takes a while to learn how to use the App but then that is true of all Apps that you add onto Shopify and/or Square.

customer service is unmatched. i was able to skip through the free trial so i could do the bulk push included in the annual plus plan. the dashboard is so convenient

Pros:

I've only been using SKU IQ for about a week now for my tiktok shop so I can't go too in-depth but what I can say is that the process was pretty easy. There was a few hiccups in getting everything synced properly but support has been there to help with every question I have! I'm super grateful.

Cons:

There are still a few glitches that need to be worked out. I had trouble pushing more products between platforms bc I was using the free trial even though I had already upgraded. Also, it does take a while to have the products syncing correctly which I had no idea so I thought something went wrong.
