> **Pros**: You can combine IT data from multiple sources and place it on one screen (single pane of glass). There is also the possibility to automate incidents and create tickets. 

It's a great tool for a reasonable price.

> **Cons**: You are limited if you want to play with dashboards layouts and text colors. Especially if you are used to Martello LiveMaps. Martello should really merge iQ and LiveMaps...
