> **Pros**: It helps me very easy to a have a look in a few minutes to see what is going on in our company in the bookings and also financial administration.

Also the customer service is very helpfully and they help me quickly in every question.

> **Cons**: When I look for a adress from a guest who visit us before, and I write the name falsch in the system than I cannot find it.
For example  I look for Family van de Berg, and it must be Family van den Berg than the system doesn't regonize it. It's only 1 letter that is spelled wrong and it seems like that we do have a guest with that name.
It would be friendly-er when you see it immidiatley in the system.

A directly mailing like a Newsletter to all our guests 
for example with a special discount.

Also the customer who visit our homepage to book a accomodation are very happy that they can reserve online.
Maybe for the future we want to use a online paying system but for now it's okay.

I'm still hoping for a connection with Expedia.
