> **Pros**: I honestly can say there was very minimal things I liked about OhMD. It is unorganized and does not have nearly as useful features as other websites.

> **Cons**: Glitchiness, bugs problems, log in issues, error messages, constantly logging you out, lack of communication with support staff

> It is currently November of 2025. We have been complaining to OhMD support since February of 2025 regarding extreme glitchiness to the point we can barely us it. They keep respond that they are working on it but never fix it or provide any solutions. The lack of support and communication is so unprofessional. We then let them know we would not like our subscription automatically renewed because we plan on trying something else and still have yet to receive a response after a month of sending that email. I do not recommend at all.

> **Pros**: I loved that I was able to text with clients and still be HIPAA compliant.  That we can upload the texting to my online platform to save the records.  Plus that it is free for me and the clients.

> **Cons**: Some users do not like it because it is a separate app.  I can't figure out a way to delete old clients from my records.  At times it seems to freeze.  I then just sign out and sign back in which fixes it.  I was told that I need to upgrade to a newer version, so that may be my problem.
