> **Pros**: NetExplorer is perhaps the most significant and helpful e-sign app for me because of its SSL security, eIDAS compliance, and collaborative capabilities. Additionally, activities may be sped up while sensitive data are kept safe, thanks to a user-friendly layout that works well across all platforms.

> **Cons**: It's a pain to input even the most basic information, and when I need to make a change later on, there's no mechanism to go about it. Being forced to start over for data or input altering is inconvenient and should be easy enough to do it.

Son API permet également d'interconnecter et d'automatiser le système de gestion de documents d'une entreprise.

> **Cons**: Bien que l'interface web soit très bien pensé, il y a toujours des petits détails d'accessibilités à améliorer. Je prends pour exemple la gestion des accès à un répertoire qui n'est accessible qu'après 3 clics.

> Nous utilisons NetExplorer depuis le début de la solution, nous l'avons vu évoluer de manière très positive. Leur équipe met à jour constamment la solution afin d'y ajouter des nouvelles fonctionnalités. Après 10ans d'utilisation nous n'avons eu qu'une seule petite interruption de service (moins d'une heure).

La possibilité d'intégrer ce cloud comme un dossier de notre serveur interne permet aux équipes qui n'ont pas l'habitude d'utiliser ce genre d'outil de ne pas être perdu.

> **Cons**: Il y  a quelques problèmes de compatibilité pour certaines versions de word mais ce problème a été réglé avec la possibilité de corriger les documents directement via le lecteur Netexplorer.
Certaines vidéos ne se lisent pas directement dans le lecteur de Netexplo.

> Lors de périodes de télétravail, cela a permis de ne pas couper les équipes de leurs fichiers et de leurs outils de travail.
