> **Pros**: Without any training, users know what to do. The whole application runs in browsers and MS-Teams. I use it on Laptop or phone, when traveling. To me it is special, having all information within my tasks. Coming from other tasks in the workflow, from external data sources or from an ongoing conversation within the running process. We also use project-management module. And I actually like the agile project management, since it is quite simple, but still has the major aspects included.Myself don´t use the workflow designer very much. But I hear from collegues, it´s simple and powerful at the same time.

> **Cons**: There are list views within workflows and projects. I´d like to have these also in tasks - right now there are only cards.

> Overall we were able to digitize lots of small workflows and processes with other departments. And they like it too.

Wichtige Daten für die einzelnen Prozesse können durch Pflichtfelder angefordert werden, es wird nichts mehr vergessen.Kein zusätzlicher Mail-Verkehr.

> **Cons**: Keine Kurzanleitung/Handbuch - wäre ab und an hilfreich und man müsste nicht immer sofort anrufen/nachfragen. Für Euch sicherlich auch eine kleine Entlastung.

> **Cons**: Derzeit leider nur negativen/positiven Strang möglich, Auswertung von deleted User nur durch Reporting möglich, berechnende Felder noch nicht vorhanden und das Nutzen von den Feldern der Nachschlageprozesse noch nicht möglich.

> Wir hatten im Unternehmen mehrere Monate nach einem System wie Evocom gesucht und bereuen die Entscheidung nicht. Kaum Bugs, modernes UI und sehr softwareergonomisch. Super Projektleute/Mitarbeiter, die sehr hilfsbereit, schnell und herausragend arbeiten.
