Easy to use, intuitive design, lots of content options, very good at representing final product. Good support when needed. Secure from attacks.

Cons:

Integrations require technical knowledge, many of them are not put in well and require some hard coding knowledge to deal. The customization options are limited.

Comments: Always very easy to use! But, If I do have a problem it quick and easy to call support to ask for help.

I like that it is easy to use and quick to get you a website going

Unfortunately that is all the pros, everything else is quite bad. It is very glitchy, very basic designs to pick from, very minimal features and a little too simple for building any specific or advanced sites. The support offered very little advice on solving these issues other than to try different browsers and became clueless after I said I already tried those. I am now using alternative website builders as I have even seen free ones which are better.

So much better than old Wordpress site

Comments: This helped me create a great website for my business. I also have secure email, which is vital for my business. Overall I'm happy with my experience, but the pricing could be better.

Once you figure out which options you want to select when purchasing to get the right level of security this is an easy to use product to design a good looking website with customizations for your business. The customer service response was very timely when I needed to make changes to my account setup.

Cons:

It was confusing with all the options you can choose and free trials to make sure you get everything that you're going to need. It's not very easy to add additional features without it being expensive. It doesn't seem to take into account features you already purchased.

Great Price and Easy to Build

Comments: The GoDaddy website builder was perfect for what my small business needed in terms of ease and pricing. With a fair price of a monthly charge of $12 and then only $10 a month for the email service it was determinded to be lower than the other site builders like wordpress and wix.

Pros:

I liked most about GoDaddy website builder are the templates they give to choose from for easy substitution of pictures and where the written content would be placed. I also liked that, the selection of pictures given for personal selection based on the area of the business you're building the site for.

Cons:

There was not much I did not like about the GoDaddy website builder. I do not feel I had any problems with building a site I was proud of the outcome and ready to publish all in one day.

Comments: I was pleased. I wish I knew how to do more so that I could add all kinds of bells and whistles to my website, but it's all some foreign language to me.

It was easy for even a non-computer person to use.

I know there is a lot more functionality available through the builder, but unfortunately I don't know how to use it and it isn't explained well enough for us non-technologically-inclined individuals to understand and use the advanced functions.

GoDaddy was an important of my process when I started with my website. It was the easiest one to get started and the most accessible. GoDaddy made the process relatively easy early on!

Cons:

Overtime GoDaddy functions were not what I was looking for on my website and felt like it was a bit more expensive than other competitors like Wix, Squarespace, etc.

Unlike some website builders I cannot easily manage and manipulate a mobile or responsive site, after talking with customer service they told me that is only available for higher tiers and those with custom CSS.

Comments: I did not choose this but I used it and overall it got the job done. I do have to say that after the 1 year was over the renewal price doubled and because it was a GoDaddy site you cant move to a new host. (we rebuilt it on wordpress)
