> **Pros**: The ability to review all aspects of our products from content to compliance in one spot is the best feature.  As requests come in the data can be stored in one place and not multiple spreadsheets.  This avoids duplication of work and alleviates date entry errors.

> **Cons**: The initial set up and how the data is stored and surveyed against is not extremely intuitive.  There has been a bit of a learning curve for me as I am not as well versed in BOM's and chemical content etc.

> The team at Toxnot has provided the best all around service I have received in the software industry.  I have been on many implementation teams and this is by far the greatest experience I've had.  The entire team from top to bottom have been responsive and have taken my input, needs, wants, and ideas and turned them into reality with solutions and modifications.  There has not been a single issue that has not been resolved quickly and with professionalism.  I can't say enough wonderful things about the Toxnot team.
