Now we dont need to ask the physician a question every time in person. All communication in the medical clinic is streamlined. I capture my clinical discussion with my patient in the EHR and everything else is automatically carried out by my medical assistant, including prescriptions, lab orders, and follow up. All non face-to-face clinical questions are filtered by my medical assistant before they are directed to me and I can view and answer all question on one screen. The basic ICD10 codes and CPT codes are already incorporated into the system and we can add and store new ICD 10 and CPT codes as we go. I don't have any cons for the software at this time.
