Onboarding devices is very straightforward, and the automation (particularly blueprints and zero-touch deployment) saves a significant amount of manual effort. The interface is clean and intuitive, making day-to-day management efficient without needing deep training. Another big plus is how updates and ongoing management are handled. Much of the patching, policy enforcement, and configuration happens automatically in the background, which reduces the need for manual intervention and helps keep devices compliant without constant oversight. Device management is strong and it gives good visibility across the estate. Customer support has also been responsive when needed, which makes a big difference for operational confidence. > > **Cons**: While the core functionality is solid, some areas feel less mature than more established platforms. Reporting and filtering could be more flexible, and there are limitations when it comes to integrations, particularly in more complex or Microsoft-heavy environments. Naturally, it also feels slightly more tailored towards Apple-first setups, so mixed-device environments may not get the same level of depth or control compared to other enterprise tools.
