With tv advertising it’s probably the most known booking system for beauty industry. Some people search treatments through the app so it’s more than a booking system, it’s almost like a platform. > > **Cons**: Not great at integration with other system, can cause a lot of extra work if you’re running a busy salon as lack of integration is causing unnecessary wait of time (dealing with double booking) > > It’s well know platform and can give you new customers, which can be crucial especially when you’re starting. They take rather big commissions on first booking but rebooking is more fair. But great at integrating with other calendars and can take a lot of extra time to deal with that issue (including double booking). Loss and treatwell won’t do anything about it .
