> **Pros**: I got a chance to work on Duck creek when I was working with Accenture. Since, Duck creek is an Accenture product there were a number of SMEs on the software that gave me guidance whenever I felt stuck.  The suite is one of the best available in the market and the tracking features are even awesome. The customer care usually replies within 24 hours.
> 
> **Cons**: The time it takes to get to know about all the features of the product is quite long. Without efficient KT sessions or spending time to build applications using the suite, it is not possible to deliver the desirable services.
> 
> Overall experience has been nice with the suite. Initially there was a problem with the customer care service but then in 2015 they took genuine steps to improve the same

> I’m neutral towards this software. Not favorable or unfavorable as I don’t like a lot of hiccups in my daily use
