What Is Alleva?

Years ago we recognized a need for better technology in the behavioral health space. With proven backgrounds in health software, we got to work developing a new product that would push the boundaries of technology to simplify and streamline the daily tasks of medical professionals. We understood that the less time they spent inputing notes and managing medications the more time they could spend with patients.

Comments: Overall our experience has been positive, of course there have been some hiccups here and there but the team at Alleva has been responsive overall to my feedback. The system has great potential and is fairly new, there are some tweaks with its general core functions that could be refined, but overall it's one of the better softwares we have used, with a wide range of options akin to Kipu. It is a little more on the expensive side, but undercuts the competition by about 30-50% depending.

Pros:

Fluid and semi-custom features Text Based note system with some autofill options Note/Encounter doc. reminder on home page Company that is open to feedback Fairly responsive customer service

Cons:

Laggy and somewhat buggy at times Limitation on custom UI elements Inefficient navigation Moderately confusing GUI Browser compatibility/optimization issues

Comments: From the leadership to the trainers to ongoing support, Alleva is an outstanding product and one of the best decisions we have ever made.

Pros:

The user interface is easy to train and facilitate best practices through.

Cons:

The niche of healthcare that we operate in is unique and unlike a typical hospital. Some of the deployment needed to be customized.

The BEST EMR/EHR on the Market!

Comments: I've been using Alleva EMR for a while now, and I must say it's been a game-changer for my practice! The system is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy for me and my staff to navigate. The integration with other tools has also been seamless, and the support team has been responsive and helpful whenever we've needed them. Overall, Alleva EMR has increased our efficiency and productivity, allowing us to focus on what matters most - providing quality patient care. Highly recommend!

Pros:

The customizable templates have streamlined our workflow, and the robust reporting features have improved our ability to track patient outcomes.

Cons:

It used to have some hiccups but recently the new updates have been great!

Do NOT BUY!

Pros:

There's nothing that I really enjoy about this system. We transitioned over from KIPU a few months ago and every since then, we have had nothing but challenges. You'll have some kids come out from Orange County to setup your system, walk in with wrinkled shirts, like they just rolled out of bed, with no agenda or plan as to what they plan to do or how to make the process go smoothly. They'll promise you the world and then bail when you ask for help. You can customize a lot but it's not worth it when everything is not functionating.

Cons:

We had challenges from day 1. The system is down at least once a week for over an hour. You can't search in the system very well. We literally could not order RXs for days and received no assistances. We have a team over 50+ people and everyone has complained about this system - not a single one is happy that we moved over.

Alleva is the best out there

Pros:

I have been working with and utilizing Alleva software for the past 5 years. Alleva has the best customer service, Alleva is always available when you need them. If you need something fixed, a report built, a feature added they are always right their to help. Alleva can be customized to fit your needs and our facility loves that. Very user friendly and ease of use for the end user. As a Rehab Admin I can support my staff with all their needs in updating items to make their job easier.

Cons:

When big updates are pushed out the system can get glitchy but Alleva support is always right there to trouble shoot it with you.
