> **Pros**: It's all in one\! There's a solid customer database system with plenty of information. It makes customer retention a breeze through email marketing and reminders to call periodically for service offers. You can make an appointment, convert it to a bill and collect payment in a couple clicks. We've increased our 5 star reviews by using the built in customer incentive option on every receipt. The Software has also helped drive up tip revenue by giving the customer an easy way of doing so.
