> **Pros**: In a joint workshop with the Protogrid consultants, we were able to create our desired workflow application with just a few clicks and in about 1-2 hours. Immediately afterwards we were able to start working productively with the new business application. We were able to make most of the necessary customizations ourselves. If questions about advanced algorithms or complex business logic arose, we received competent help from the Protogrid engineers.

> **Cons**: Out-of-the-box, Protogrid allows little freedom in the design of the user interface. While this is useful to quickly achieve presentable results, it requires the developer to get used to it first.
> 
> We use Protogrid for a variety of use cases and processes that are not covered by our standard applications such as ERP, CRM and Mail. These include applications for improvement ideas (Six Sigma), mobile time and expense recording, pending management, auditing, reservations as well as employee assessment.
