### "Complete waste of Time AND Money" — 1.0/5

> **Pros**: Telling the unhelpful sales representative to cancel our account and to consider a more ethical place of employment.

> **Cons**: Complete waste of time. Horrible platform, unethical sales team, and even worse support. They will say your use case is possible, but you wont be able to actually build your use case in the free trial. They will assure you it's possible, and all you need to do is pay for the subscription to get access to the needed features. Once you have paid you'll spend hours trying to make your dialer work, just to find out that Aloware is not actually built to be a full dialer with call cadence capabilities. I recommend looking at JustCall, or AutoReach. Aloware support will argue and refuse you a refund, they won't review the recorded meetings, they won't read your hours of dialog with support trying to make the platform work, they will refuse all accountability and charge your card regardless of their carelessness. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE\! There are plenty of worthy dialers to chose from, don't make the mistake I did, and steer clear of Aloware\!

> **Cons**: I signed up because the price was great but that was a mistake. The program is extremely difficult to use. Everything you do is a challenge. Just to load a list you have to go through about 7 steps on two different pages. It's very confusing. I tried it and spent hours each week with customer service. I really tried to make this work but it just wasn't worth it. This is still in their trial version and are making adjustments without giving notice. They have very good customer service but if you do sign up with them, prepare yourself for a lot of frustration

> **Pros**: The potential functionality. It's a great idea for a product but it's nearly impossible to properly implement with other tools, which is a necessity in the first place.

> **Cons**: Told me their service would be ready before the weekend on March 20th, and simply didn't deliver after I signed on with them.&#10;&#10;No commitment to on-time delivery, no refunds even if they're product is non-functional for your use case, and a purely money hungry back-end support team that will drain you endlessly in both time and energy.&#10;&#10;To add insult to injury, they had their third-world country virtual assistant call me purely just to waste my time and throw accusations as to "why didn't you pick up this spam call from an unknown number" and to simply argue with me further with no goal in mind;&#10;&#10;What a superb customer service that I didn't even ask for. Wonderful.

> **Pros**: It's a tie between two features. Automated data entry through our CRM integration (this saves me at least 30 minutes to an hour every day) and the ability for our team to adopt Aloware wherever and whenever using our legacy phones, the softphone or the native apps.

> **Cons**: Tagging a contact on mobile is still something I haven't been able to figure out on my own. I will have to contact support for help.

> **Pros**: The features that were most impactful was the Power Dialer. A true power dialer that integrated with our CRM, Hubspot. It is very easy to customize and navigate the software to my contact center's needs. And, the integration was seamless. They had me up and running in one day.

> **Cons**: One feature that is challenging to find is a true local presence and Aloware doesn't have it. They do have a time zone differentiator integrated into their power dialer which is such a hard feature to find on the market\!
> 
> I can now have my agents blast through hundreds of leads a day, using the right time zones and seamlessly dialing with Hubspot.
