> **Pros**: We absolutely love the messaging options and the access from the app. Our staff have transparency to see their schedules from home and can pick up shifts easily. Sending out updates about staff meetings and events in our department has never been easier\!

> **Cons**: We do not like when we have to put in a new shift type that it comes across as a code VS the shift type. We feel as though there are several different views to look at to get information that we use to have all on one schedule type. We had to create teams to let our staff know where they would be working VS having the information transparent on our total schedule. Something that should be as easy as pulling up a date, putting a persons name in and the shift they are working has to be done in so many steps.

> Overall we are happy with the system and we are hopeful that shift wizard will continue to make improvements that make since for our department. I do like that our staff have transparency now and that all members of leadership have access to the schedule.
