Comments: On a rating scale I would give it 8/10. There are scope for improvements which the support team is helping me out with.

Pros:

I started using focus without any training on the software. What surprised me was the Ease of use. I started working immediately and could easily understand all the modules and how to use them. Even reporting was straightforward.

Cons:

Manual adjustment in printouts. Perhaps there should be a standard format of layouts and if any additional fields are to be added that can be done manually. I did not like the fact that I had to setup and align the print layout.

Pros:

Ease of use, interface, easy to manage, amounts of reports availability, and option for editing reports as required

Cons:

As far as I have used Focus, I did not find any cons for the software.

Pros:

I bought one software for implementation took more than an year

Cons:

Installation is done by any one who knows it’s may be fine

Comments: OVERALL ITS GOOD, BUT IT SHOULD IMPROVE

Pros:

EASE OF USE AND EASY TO CONTROL AND WE CAN EDIT OUR TRANSACTIONS AND CAN RESTRICT THE RIGHTS FOR EACH CLIENTS.

Cons:

MORE TYPES OF REPORTS TO BE ADDED, ERRORS ARE HAPPENING ON TAKING REPORTS. MORE FEATUERES TO BE ADDED ON INVOICE AND QUOTATIONS.
