Customer service has been exceptional and pretty good turnaround time. I really liked the announcements feature and I love that announcements get sent to the members inbox and not spam. I like how it shows how many visitors visit my website. I like the payment plan option that's very helpful. I like the donation option. > > **Cons**: I would say I wish there was a monthly payment option for the pro plan or if jersey watch added another plan in between plus and pro, something more affordable. Wish that they would add a business domain e-mail in one of their plans. To be able to add gifs to our announcements would be pretty cool. To be able to add a section to purchase merch or equipment would be a neat addition. Perhaps a feature to where you could sub-categorize your contact lists would help with organization. More creative ways to customize announcements, such as different templates. And A feature where it shows you if/when the user clicked the links in your announcement.
