Application is very simple to use. At first glance features looked lesser than most other vendors were promising. but on use and careful evaluation I realized what NuEra EMR is offering is much more than I could think of. These people must have done very hard homework to identify more relevant features. They are not less rather very powerful yet simple to use. 1) They maintain a website to list doctors/institutional healthcare providers with good option to list doctor's degree, experience, speciality, designation, consultation charges and clinic locations etc 2) They visited my clinic and physically get signed a form with me and verified all my credentials and then only a verified shield appeared, They also provided a plastic card mailed to me mentioning my id 3) This site have a very unique Scheduler and Appointment booking panel 4) Appointment so booked from their website is visible to my receptionist, me and on Android App they provided 5) I added 3 clinics, My visiting days, timings, consultation fee are different at these locations, but managed well 6) To decline appointments in emergency, I just need to mention date and time of my unavailability by login either on app, emr or their website and sms is sent uniquely to patients affected I've specialized EMR for O \& G, it has 3 tabs- 1 General 2 Pregnancy 3 Subfertility each is unique, I never saw or heard before. > > **Cons**: It works offline means data is stored to my computer but maintain a copy on their server and you can move to any place and work online as well. Amazingly password remains same whether you login from laptop, Android or their website nueradr.com Even if we work offline and online they uniquely manage patients IDs so that they are not repeated. I wonder how they do it and why no other thought of it. They provide HMS \[I got it installed too at my maternity home (Angel Hospital, Indore)\] and now appoitments available to hms. They provide OPD software for hospitals not willing to change their existing softwares and my bookings to one particular clinics are available to them, similarly booking taken by clinics are available at my app. EMR is good enough to recomment with high degree. No proper Youtube/vimeo tutorial videos. General public not aware of the facilities they are providing (A copy of prescription doctor writes or investigation done by clinical lab is automatically saved in patient account) which can be analysed in tabular or graphical forms at any point of time. No need to upload from patient side. I think make sense for patients but company could not conveyed it to patients. Perhaps very young (Though recommendable) to get required funding to develop, maintain and market such large portal. Entire things EMR, HMS, LIS, Blood bank modules are very different than most others seems to be developed by genuine people from field. > > I can recommend proudly As I'm told by company that I'm one of their first 100s doctors who shown faith and they took my suggestions and very politely discussed and briefed why some common features (e.g. payment gateway or video chat) not included in. I 've tried and took demo of quite few softwares in my country. No one stand near to them in terms of features and support they provide. > > Managing multiple practices, They uniquely integerated my software to hospital I visit, so when a patient book my appointment in the hospital, it is reflected in my EMR. From that booking I can pick up that patient and add in my patient list. Many times entries made by receptionist are incomplete or incorrect, an option is provided that before inserting a new patient entry I can complete them. Entries(appointments) so forwarded by receptionists of different hospitals can be matched with my existing patient list and accordingly entered in my EMR. e.g. a patient can be new to the hospital but may be my existing patient, they have solved problem amazingly.
