> **Pros**: It sends notifications on my slack whenever there is a lead on one of my accounts on salesforce. I can easily see my warm leads and clients needing immediate calls for retention. It organizes all my sales so I know which account and how many I have closed won this month so I can easily keep track of my successful sales. It also shows the link to the account so you do not have to search for the client account.

> **Cons**: It does not have an option to edit those notifications from the client you already called so it does not mix up with those you haven't called yet.

> it is an enjoyable experience because it excites you whenever you see those closed sales and if you have incoming sales and the memes add a lot of fun to our work environment.

> **Pros**: I liked how it connected to Slack and updated contact notes to SFDC. If you are comfortable working out of Slack then this is a great tool for your team.

> **Cons**: The cons are mostly because of our internal processes that were set up made it to where using Troops didn't save us any time. Personally, I don't like working out of Slack and see Slack a distraction. I believe the notes that were entered into the app in Slack would not update to the opportunity and therefore, created duplicate data entry.

> I thought Troops is a great idea for teams that want to work out of Slack and less in SFDC. Depending on the internal setup and work flows, a team could be set up to spend less time in SFDC and less clicks per call.

And then how this translates into your working environment. Update Salesforce quickly and on the go via slack work in dealrooms. An exciting product just at the start of its journey.
