No tiene ni siquiera monedero para hacer arqueo. 
No visto empresa igual a la que tratan tan mal al cliente, no hay ni un solo número para poder contactar, mi experiencia ha sido un auténtico infierno. 
Da fallos continuos, no puedo ver las cajas para poder controlar mi negocio, doy los avisos a través del chat ( que es desde el único medio por el que puedes contactar) y dicen que abren la incidencia pero no arreglan nada, llevo así 2 meses. 
Les he devuelto una de las cuotas por habérmela pasado completa, ya que les dije que no me habían dado el servicio completo que me hicieran una reducción de ese mes y lo que hicieron fue bloquearme el TPV en la tienda, dejándome completamente a la deriva, y ciega ya que tampoco podía acceder al back office para ver qué había pasado.. 
He tenido que contactar con un antiguo empleado para que los avise y contesten a los correos.. 
Nunca me había encontrado con nada igual, son unos incompetentes, unos maleducados y les das exactamente igual.. 
No los recomiendo nada, ya que la parte del programa también es bastante precaria, no te da muchos datos tan importantes como por ejemplo ingresos por horas para poder elaborar un horario. 
Por cierto, ahora estoy en trámites legales ya que no les ha bastado, que les he pedido la hoja de reclamaciones hasta en 4 ocasiones y no me la han facilitado, aún sabiendo lo grave que es esto..

> **Cons**: TOUT \! Une catastrophe, que des bugs, le logiciel n'est pas fiable en plus de coûter une fortune \! 
Pas de personnel qualifié pour remédier aux problèmes. Un scandale, en tant qu'entrepreneur, j'ai juste l'impression d'avoir gaspiller 5000 € de trésorerie pour rien \! Et d'avoir signé avec le diable pour 5 ans \!
