> **Cons**: You needed to buy courses for several thousand dollars to be able to use it, or they have these "system builders" and they pretend its normal - in Mailerlite the customer support gives you the same information does, then these thousand dollar trainings. They also count inactive subscribers - mailerlite only counts active ones. They count all segments and lists together, so you have spend time combing through your lists. One known marketer even wrote a step by step on "how to cleanup inactive users to save money". This is just BS. In mailerlite if I have 17 000 people on my list, but only 14900 receive emials from me (hence "active) I am charged for the 15 000 package. Automatically. Mailerlite gives me unlimited emials up to 50 000 active subscribers - sales autopilot charges per email from 15 000. They use AWS to send the email, but they do not charge you AWS prices, oh no. They act like how it is super expensive and charge like 10x. BS. There is nothing autopilot about this software. You pay thousands of dollars to have "unique" developments made and then they stop working and then you call the overpriced developers begging for help while your campaign is screwed. So so so bad. In mailerlite i just write to customer service, and get a response in 10 minutes on chat.
