> **Cons**: Contract terms are non-flexible.  We had a material change at home and wanted to cancel VoIP contact after year 2 of a 3-year agreement.  The  \[sensitive content hidden\] was nonflexible on any form of early buyout.   Early terminations are common in this industry, and I was sad they would not work with a customer who had been with them for 2 years.

> I found the \[sensitive content hidden\] to be not customer-centric.   His insistence on holding to a complete 3 year payout on the contract, regardless of the customer situation, was insensitive and in my opinion showed lack of customer empathy

> 4Voice helped me install the system, configure the phones and is always available to answer any questions I have.  The service is economical and does everything I could want.  Voice over internet is great solution for small business phone service, and 4Voice takes care of you every step of the way.
