Full features and easy to use, I can't believe Applauz is free

Pros:

The system is easy to use, and customer support is just amazing. The interface is also easy enough to use that I understood how to use the tools in minutes.

Cons:

it is necessary to prepare the HR team before implementing such a system, it is a big change that should not be underestimated.

Excellent Platform / Operations Mgmt

Comments: Great! Will highly recommend this product to other companies. Great way for employees to engage with others within the company that are in various locations.

Pros:

Easy to use. Great way to award employees.

Cons:

Cinemark gift cards do not have a barcode to scan

Fun to use, but didn't find it to be overly useful for us!

Comments: It gave us interesting ideas, we enjoyed using the software just didn't really fit with out operations.

Pros:

It's got an excellent user interface and UX design, so it's super easy to jump right in and start using Applauz for your employee recognition programs.

Cons:

It's not a knock on the software, but I just didn't find it brought that much value to us as an organization. We went back to our own "old-school" methods of recognizing our employees!

A fun way to connect with your peers.

Comments: The web app is very user friendly, and efficient. It helps connect with peers and it lets user celebrate each others success and growth.

Pros:

I recently started using Applauz and I couldn’t be more impressed with its functionality and user-friendly interface.

Cons:

The interface could use more reactions and ways to interact.

Applauz works

Comments: I love the motivation it provides to earn points while being effective and proactive @ work. It's an effective tool to keep us in "touch" especially when we're all in different locations. Putting a face to that voice we have constant interactions daily.

Pros:

I love how it provides us everyday employees the opportunity to openly motivate each other. To show appreciation and have a sense of community in the workplace.

Cons:

Honestly there isn't anything not to like about Applauz Recognition.

I would like to be able trade in points for badges to get attendance points removed or be able to receive more badges for other things like we get with points or have the option to get badges instead of points.

Round of Applause for Applauz

Comments: When we started using Applauz we expected to recognize agents for their attendance and quality scores. Applauz quickly became more than a recognition platform, it became part of our culture. Our staff welcomes each other every morning, they give each other high fives, show gratitude towards their peers and celebrate their own achievements.

Pros:

It is easy to use, employees love receiving Badges and points for different things and being able to exchange them for goods. It's a great tool to recognize employees for their achievements, and attendance.

Cons:

There's nothing I consider a con about Applauz.

Innovative recognition program

Comments: Applauz is the perfect way to give and receive recognition. I like the ability to recognize others via this platform. Being able to recognize others or be recognized by others and then being able to use the points for things I need is fantastic.

Pros:

I like the ability to use points the way I think is best for me.

Cons:

The catalogue of items to purchase with points could be slightly more organized but overall this is a very minor issue.

Comments: I have had a very good experience with Applauz every time that I have ordered something. They are very fast at getting the items out also. Great plan to be part of.

Pros:

They have so many items to pick from and the quality of the items are great. They offer high end gifts to pick from. Great ideas.

Cons:

I don't have anything that I don't like about this program. I am very happy with everything and would highly recommend it to other companies.

Values and recognizes the hard work of our employees.

The conversion of points to money. Items are very expensive.

I personally find the interface a little confusing (clicking likes on the correct message and the like).

its focus on creating a culture of appreciation within teams. The platform makes it super easy to recognize and celebrate achievements, both big and small, which fosters a positive and motivating work environment.

Cons:

is that the customization options for rewards could be a bit more flexible. While the platform offers great features for recognizing achievements, I think expanding the variety of rewards or allowing for more personalization in the recognition process would enhance the experience even further.
