> **Pros**: Smashdocs's strongest point is collaboration. While Google Docs suffices for simple school projects and the like, Smashdocs offers another approach to collaboration. For example, you can see all the changes made by others since your last edit and approve them. You can find out more on the website. The user interface is also beautiful and minimalistic. It allows you to reorder paragraphs, which is a feature that alternatives do not offer.

> **Cons**: While Smashdocs excels in most areas, the simple fact is that this minimalistic software doesn't have the same quantity of features as other alternatives offer. However, this is hardly a con. It works perfectly within its domain of specialty.

> **Pros**: Smashdocs is a great but expensive solution. But it’s easy to use and is really worth a look.

> **Cons**: Not interested in selling the solution to companies outside the financial market anymore. I got an official mail from a sales rep that the focus on financial communications and not interested anymore to sell this tool to companies outside that scope.

> Behavior of the company is weird. Unfortunately. So at this point it’s better to search other solutions.
