> **Cons**: If you have a lot of leases, it will be time consuming to get them all setup at the beginning.

> **Pros**: I love Leasecake\! It helps me keep all of my licenses and permits organized, which comes in handy when you have multiple from multiple locations to follow. It also sends emails when one is going to expire within a couple months so I have a heads up.

> **Cons**: Sometimes the notifications for licenses expiring come up a bit too soon, before invoices are made on the vendor's end, so I have to make a note of it on a separate document to check back. Not a big deal though.
> 
> Great experience\! Like I said, it keeps me organized.

Collecting rent is far easier now that my tenants can pay electronically. We don't spend nearly as much time chasing down checks.
