We loved their Classic software system. We’ve essentially built our business around it and now realize just how vulnerable that decision has made our company. > > **Cons**: Forced migration into a new system that was not ready. The new system lacks many of the features of the original platform and no longer functions for our needs. > > After being a loyal customer for years, Curate has recently forced all clients (including us) into a new platform that was not ready for mass-migration as it does not function properly. They chose to do this during the height of the wedding season. Customer service has been terrible — very slow to respond if they respond at all. Our team has invested countless hours trying to repair issues in our client proposals which did not migrate correctly from the old system. This is a massive amount of extra work that we have absolutely no time for. Our entire team is now working double-overtime just to keep our heads above water and ensure that we can produce our clients’ events.
