> **Pros**: We’ve been a customer of Curate for years. We loved their Classic software system. We’ve essentially built our business around it and now realize just how vulnerable that decision has made our company.

> **Cons**: Forced migration into a new system that was not ready. The new system lacks many of the features of the original platform and no longer functions for our needs.
> 
> After being a loyal customer for years, Curate has recently forced all clients (including us) into a new platform that was not ready for mass-migration as it does not function properly. They chose to do this during the height of the wedding season. Customer service has been terrible — very slow to respond if they respond at all. Our team has invested countless hours trying to repair issues in our client proposals which did not migrate correctly from the old system. This is a massive amount of extra work that we have absolutely no time for. Our entire team is now working double-overtime just to keep our heads above water and ensure that we can produce our clients’ events. A total nightmare.

> **Pros**: The software ensures that all costs are included so you have a clear overview of your profit margins.  The shpping list facilty is such a great time saver as I can email this directly to my suppliers.  It also makes you aware of any leftover stock which enables me to adjust my shop orders to reduce waste.  The software looks best on a mobile device  but in all forms looks professional.

> **Cons**: It takes a while to get your images and designs built into the software.  One feature that would be beneficial would be to add a photo option to recipes to enable you to find them at a glance

> **Pros**: Curate has drastically increased my productivity. The ability to create proposals from anywhere has made me a more responsive vendor \&amp; has led to a significant increase in bookings. I love adding the "Possibilities" to our proposals now\! It allows our proposals to feel more customizable.

> **Cons**: Sometimes, the UI is a bit clunky. It can be frustrating to sort \&amp; label photos in the gallery, which leads to me uploading duplicates (and triplicates) of the same photos sometimes. While I found the software fairly easy to navigate, it's been a bit of a learning curve for my boss.

### "New software migration is a complete disaster\!" — 1.0/5

> **Pros**: Terrible\! This used to be a good tool and product with ease of use. They have changed the entire program and forced their entire clientele into a grated system which is not working. The program is full of bugs and the system is not working. You have to jump from screen to screen to complete a simple task that was easier to change in the older system. the program is all over the place, does not allow you to change percentages and pricing easily. This program is a complete and utter nightmare. they launched this migration right in the middle of wedding season putting all of their clients in a bind. They have AI chatbots that do not help and the videos that have for training don't align with validation of the product because the tools are flawed and not working. We can't print anything from the program. No recipes or timelines will print we just get coded messages of symbols at the top of the pages. They told us to update our browsers and then attempted to tell us that it is our printer that is the problem. We tried to print on 3 different laptops different browsers and 2 different printers one of which is less than 8 months old. They have no solutions only excuses and you can't get a human on the phone. This migration and product is a complete disaster\! they used to have a good product now we will be going to another company. I will be reaching out to have them pay for not only my lost time, but my salaried employees time.  We now have to hand write onto paper all of the information because their system is flawed.This could not have happened at a less opportune time during their main floral clients wedding season.

> I used to like the original software which was simple and easy to use, but now they have alienated their floral clientele. They are using AI and a chatbot system which is leaving the client in a position where. they are stuck and unable to remedy issues with their flawed launch of the new program. You are basically stuck with all of your events in a system which is not working properly.  They are not providing the service we paid for and you can't get any help online. They are leaning on AI to manage their issues. We keep hitting walls and the system is lagging and not producing what they programmed. Nightmare
