User-Friendly Interface: The platform itself is very intuitive. The entire process is very straightforward, from recording tests to submitting reports. You can qualify for a bunch of tests one week then the next week not qualify for even one, making it unreliable as a sole source of income. High Disqualification Rate: You often spend more time on screening questionnaires only to be disqualified, rather than actually taking tests. In a whole hour you might qualify for one or two on a good day, which can be frustrating. A more intelligent matching system would be beneficial. Payment Can Feel Low for Effort: While the payment is fair, when you factor in the time spent on screeners and the detailed feedback required for a 15-20 minute test, the effective hourly rate can be lower than it initially appears.
