> **Pros**: The customer service with XLDent is wonderful, all of the staff there are genuinely helpful and kind, and they work quickly to resolve issues.
> 
> **Cons**: Unfortunately we had to use support more often than we’d like, especially with clinical issues like Progress Notes disappearing or not being readable, or with Xray problems.
> 
> Overall I didn’t mind XLDent, although it wasn’t one of the big softwares like Eaglesoft or Dentrix. It did everything we needed it to, although it would have been nice to have an easier text messaging system integrated instead of using Lighthouse360.
