The interface is very user-friendly and intuitive for the lay person. Professional covers all aspects of a robust records management system, including retention scheduling, destruction calculation and tracking, barcode tracking and color-coded file creation. Where I used to purchase a separate color-coding software system in old version, Zasio has integrated their own app to allow users to print labels straight through the software. So much easier\! Zasio tech support is also on point. They are very responsive and can fix most issues quickly. > > **Cons**: Wish the licenses weren't seat based. Concurrent licenses would be so much more useful for my clients. In addition, the electronic document management component limits the ability to search on attached document titles, and there is no full-text searching within documents from the main screen. Most of my clients use a separate electronic document management software system for storing electronic documents.
