From a public procured point of view this software seems to be more inteded for use in private procurement due to less strict procedures in that sort of procurement. The suppliers have to register to the software in orded to make their offer for an undergoing procurement, which can be tricky with suppliers who are not a tech savvy, so to say, and buyers cannot send invitation to participate in competing to suppliers who are not registered. > > Ensolva still needs to do some coding to allow financial tracking of the money spent from procurement procedures that have been succesfully finished in Ensolva, which to my understanding as a user, they will be doing.
