My Company overall experience is very satisfactory with ziwo and I usually promote ziwo to my clients
Pros:
Quick team support from the Account manager and support team in case of issues. . Reporting is also Very good and easy to manage
Cons:
No difference between abandoned by customer and missed calls in system. Also Missing AI documentation of the call

I work daily using it for more than 4 years and it's the best app for customer service which help ic the connection
Pros:
Stable connection and voice Quality which we easy can contact the customer and from our end which is getting a good experience to the customer
Cons:
You need to change the country code which could lead to false call and take time to launch within log in

Pros:
ziwo is so easy to use helps us engage with our customers helps in better interactions and also helps us in many task to do it
Cons:
ease of use, great for engaging with the customers, people who are remote or hybrid can use it also calls quality and voices are clear and records can be tracked and numbers

very good experience overall, we have faced a bit issues yet the support team is always their to assist with any difficulties.
Pros:
it is simple and very easy to understand, all the information are clear and pretty simple to be extracted and copied for reporting purposes
Cons:
needs to be more detailed when it comes to the phantom calls , also adding the prediction option to the incoming calls will b excellent
