Comments: Overall it has been amazing and we love utilizing TrustPilot for our post order verified reviews.

Pros:

I love the validity that TrustPilot reviews give for a business. The implementation of the connection between our woocommerce site and TrustPilot was seemless. The dashboard for managing reviews is also super user friendly.

Cons:

The cost for TrustPilot for a small business is our biggest painpoint. We would love to be able to utilize the "full suite" of options but it is a bit too steep for our budget at this time.

Disappointing Service and Misleading Practices

Unfortunately, my interactions with this company have been utterly disappointing, characterized by a lack of real communication and a failure to adhere to their own stated guidelines. I approached the company with a serious concern that directly contradicted their community guidelines. Rather than receiving a thoughtful response, I was met with robotic, automated replies. These messages, which were ostensibly translated into Danish, failed to address the specific issues I raised. It's perplexing and frustrating to receive a response in a language that suggests no genuine effort to understand my initial communication. Furthermore, the company's reliance on automated responses underlines a significant gap between their professed values and actual practices. It's disheartening to see a company talk about authenticity and customer engagement, only to hide behind generic, automated messages that offer no real solutions or acknowledgments of the problem. The irony is that their replies often reference their guidelines and rules, which, from my experience, they don't seem to follow themselves. This contradiction not only undermines their credibility but also highlights a worrying lack of accountability. For a company that is part of a platform like Trustpilot, which is designed to foster transparency and honest feedback, this behavior is particularly concerning. It's essential for such platforms to represent companies that genuinely interact and engage with their customers. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience. In conclusion, I am left with a sense of profound disappointment and frustration. The service I received was far from the sincere, problem-solving approach I expected. If the company is genuinely interested in improving and upholding its standards, I urge them to reevaluate their customer interaction strategies and start practicing what they preach. Until then, I can only advise others to approach this company with caution.

Their website is fairly well-designed and easy to use.

Cons:

Untrustworthy business practices and kartel-like methods. Your score is greatly affected by your interest in buying the products to be able to build up positive reviews.

Decent tool to manage all reviews about my business

Pros:

Trustpilot has a very user-friendly UI and UX on their main dashboard. I also really like the UI design choice, for example the stars symbol, they look really pretty

Cons:

The tool is not powerful in letting me filter out and know for sure whether the reviewers are authentic people or just bots.

Comments: I find Trust Pilot a highly reliable resource where I can read opinions about services or goods. I feel that it also creates a sense of trust that I am able to have my customers write a potential product feedback. My rating is 10/10 and I continue to use Trust Pilot in the future both professionally and personal.

Pros:

The fact that I am able to stay on track of my customers experience in an easy way with an easily readable grading scale. I also use Trust Pilot when I am looking for a vendor of a service or product to see what others are saying. This feels like an extra layer of purchasing security which could save me thousands of dollars in the future by making the right choices.

Used to be great. Nowadays almost all negative reviews are disappearing

I feel that it is now giving me non credible information especially since last year. At the moment, there is a certain financial firm that me and everybody else is complaining that it is a scam. It started operating in August 2023 and suddenly it had more than 700 reviews all of them good.

It is very professional review platform. All reviews are assesed by the platform, hence only reliable review are very helpful. Resulting I know what to expect when doing a first time ordering at a company withour worrying about mal practices.

Comments: I am really satisfied, never had problem with online services thanks to Trustpilot.

Pros:

When I am looking for information about e.g. websites that offer services and want to be sure about their reliability, I always check Trustpilot and its reviews. I quickly find the answers, I mean I can "trust" the service or should avoid (or be prepared for any problems), thanks also to the score (up to 5) and the color. The reviews are honest and help me a lot. Ofter they are well detailed and sometimes there is a reply from the companies. The interface is clean and easy to navigate. I highly recommend checking trustpilot before using an online service.

Comments: Using it for less than half year. It's easy to implement but it's hard to uplift feedback score when you start from industry average rating (3.6 in my case)

Easy to integrate with any website and a great tool to collect customer feedback, reply to them and build trust for a brand.

Unfair reviews can affect negatively and it's hard to remove (ie. the customer left bad review by accident)

I am glad that there's a popular platform like Trustpilot that allows customers to share their honest opinions about a company's services/products. It took a few days for the review to be processed but it will eventually appear.

There are numerous fake accounts on the platform attempting to 'seed,' which can sometimes lead to inflated and biased ratings, making them less reliable. Additionally, I've encountered an issue with the feedback received from brands after leaving a negative review. It often feels robotic and unhelpful, with a lack of genuine efforts to address my concerns, as they tend to provide excuses rather than solutions.

Comments: Absolutely terrible customer service - they will not remove a review when multiple parities from different companies have all highlighted the users has never used their service.
