Their AI software Cortex is extremely sophisticated \& helpful for a lean team like ours to run an expansive email automation program. Also the reporting dashboard is robust \& easy to use. The ReSci team is continuously updating their platform \& offering new features to try. Most of all their customer support team is unbeatable\! Our account manager is hands on \& willing to help us create new email initiatives. Plus their tech support is readily available to answer any questions \& offer additional guidance.

> **Cons**: There's a bit of a learning curve when navigating the account dashboard. However I was able to comfortably  utilize their platform within a month with the help of their customer support team.

> **Cons**: I feel like the design capabilities are pretty lacking, and it's especially hard to work with for dark mode.

> Overall, have loved working with ReSci and appreciate the regular meetings we have to discuss optimizations on our campaigns and email strategy.
