Teams makes team work a breeze

5.0 2 weeks ago New

Comments: Overall the application is intuitive and works as intended. It’s an excellent resource for remote and cross-team working.

Pros:

Ease of connection and integration with office suite of apps.

Cons:

Occasionally the mic / camera won’t open and you have to restart the application. But this is rare and an easy fix.

Could be so much better - one day hopefully

3.0 4 weeks ago New

Comments: Lot's of potential for great integration but a overly complex UI/UX makes it a thing that everyone on the team just feels a little resigned to using

Pros:

Included free with our Office 365 subscription

Cons:

No way to add someone to JUST one channel (like slack) No way to cycle through all the unread in channels with keyboard shortcut - unread messages tend to get buried because of this Notifications seem spotty

Teams makes collaboration easier

5.0 3 months ago

Comments: Overall I have had a great experience with Microsoft teams. The ability to hold high quality video calls and interactive presentations is better than other equivalent platforms. However the integration with programmes such as PowerPoint could be improved.

Pros:

The ability to communicate with colleagues and collaborate with clients using the powerful conference call feature.

Cons:

Sometimes the communication with other Microsoft apps is not best optimised.

Connecting our business through collaboration

3.0 last week New

Comments: If it can be more stable, and cause less stress on our work machines this would be the best collaborative tool out there. With all the additional apps you can install and integrations that exist it is superb.

Pros:

I love the integrated Microsoft eco system of Teams. One Drive to share files, Calendar for meetings, internal chat, its all in one place and makes it so easy to communicate with each other and collaborate.

Cons:

It seems to cause so many problems for my PC. A day full of Teams calls and heavy Teams usage kills my laptop performance regularly.

Pros:

I like that it's an all in one software that can integrate calls, meetings, spreadsheets and most of office 365 applications.

IN-person meetings with a Hybrid Mode

5.0 4 months ago

Comments: Overall, the experience has been great. The MSFT Teams is really dynamic when it comes to customer experience & collaboration especially with most of orgs's hybrid structure. The new background effects to make everyone give a feel of being under the same roof is also something I love about this tool. It just keeps getting more advance and up the notch every time.

Pros:

The new Teams is really wonderful with the different meeting options. The audio quality and video quality seems to be pretty stable so far. Love the new update with enhance stability and collaborative space.

Cons:

I do bump into instances after the new update where I can't open attachments received or sent before I have to kill the application and open it again. Have submitted tickets to root cause to my IT teams but were not able to resolve it internally.

Microsoft Teams for Collaboration

4.0 8 months ago

Comments: I'm satisfied with my experience with MS Teams as it is helpful in collaborating across teams.

Pros:

MS Teams is an easy-to-use application with great audio and video call facility. The real time chat theme looks unique with emojis and reactions. Large files can be shared and it integrates well with Microsoft ecosystems.

Cons:

Too many updates makes the user experience unpleasant. The activity status of the user doesn't get updated promptly. The applications runs slow when accessed while being in a call or screen sharing.

Microsoft Teams, Your friend to no end..

5.0 3 months ago

Comments: I love it!! I even love it for our team meetings over zoom!! When we had background photo contests at work, there was a way to incorporate us all together in the photo as if we were really in the room together!! That was bomb!!

Pros:

I love the ease and user friendly functionality of the app.. specifically the ease of locating a team member in teams, and being able to call them regularly, or via video call.. I also love the ease of sharing documents and resources.. I love it all!!

Cons:

I don’t really have a complaint about trans, except for the fact that when a notification comes in, teams pops up as the primary window to show you the message right away.. I would love it if there was a way to deactivate that..

Teams is easy to use, but has pitfalls for new users.

5.0 2 months ago

Comments: Instant messaging , meetings and ad hoc video calls could not be easier. However sharing documents which are hosted in sharepoint can become confusing.

Pros:

Teams has easy to use collaborative tools and functions that empower you to work remotely with all the benefits of being in the office.

Cons:

Teams has a dependency upon a well organised SharePoint structure, and this concept can be difficult to convey to new users.

I Love Teams!

5.0 last month New

Comments: My overall experience has been great. It is very easy to use to communicate whether a small or large group.

Pros:

The thing I love most about Teams is the ease of use. From instant messages to using Adobe, it is the best interoffice communications program to use.

Cons:

The only complaint I have ever had about Teams is when they updated it. It deleted my Adobe suite and I had to redo the whole thing.

Teams for Teams

Comments: Overall the system is great, really works well for the business, keeps us in constant contact with each other when in different parts of the business. This also allows us to see who is offline and online, meaning we can contact the best person right away.

Pros:

The ease of being able to contact colleagues knowing who is active.

Cons:

The documents section (OneDrive) because I find this tricky to understand when accessing the documents.

Essential tool for work

4.0 5 months ago

Comments: Microsoft Teams is one of the essential tools for my day-to-day job, thanks to its deep collaboration features, ease of use, multi-platform usage, and integration with Office 365, which makes editing and sharing files a breeze. Absolutely a killer!

Pros:

It is well integrated in the Office 365 Suite and available on every platform, and has amazing collaboration features for both small and large teams.

Cons:

A few bugs here and there, and the interface is not always easy to navigate. It's not difficult by any means, but some design choices are questionable, in my opinion.

Honest review about Microsoft Teams.

Comments: Overall, this apps is still better than any other apps. I really love this apps.

Pros:

Friendly feature. Easy to use both in phone and desktop. I love the scheduling message because not all messaging apps has this feature. Can be use in business and personal settings. Transcript are close to perfect which really helps non-native English speaker like me.

Cons:

Unfortunately, no auto pop-icon feature upon receiving message like in messenger and can't capture two desktop one at a time whenever recording and sharing screen.

Teams, come for the chats stay for the rest

4.0 3 weeks ago New

Comments: Our company has been using Teams since 2019 or so. We have seen significant adoption of it and our IT department uses it heavily amongst ourselves. One of the major issues with Teams is there is just too much that can be done with it. It is impossible to figure it all out.

Pros:

Simple to chat, Video call, audio call. Spaces for file sharing and other things with co-workers. Seeing their Free/Busy status is nice. I also enjoy being able to attach custom names to groups which adds a bit of fun.

Cons:

Teams are a bit cumbersome to use. Some change Microsoft made also made sharing files with others, for editing at least, much more difficult. Want them to get a file they can download? No problem. Need them to edit it? Painful. I am signed in on Mobile and I am never sure if my status changes to show me as unavailable.

Teams - Crucial to day-to-day comms

5.0 2 months ago New

Comments: I use Teams on a daily basis and it is crucial for team communications, events co-ordinations and file sharing.

Pros:

It functions well and is an essential day to day tool.

Cons:

I feel like the applications in it can be a bit rigid, but I do see improvements with updates. The issue that I find most challenging is the correlation between Teams and Outlook diary. I feel that they don't always match up and depending on settings, certain meetings can only be added on one platform and not the other.
